- 1 package puff pastry
- 200 grams smoked salmon
- 100 grams cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill
- 1 lemon, zested
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into rectangles.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, dill, and lemon zest. Spread the mixture on each rectangle.
- Place a piece of smoked salmon on top and roll up the pastry.
- Place the rolls on a baking sheet and brush with beaten egg.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
