- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate ganache
- ½ cup pastry cream
- ¼ cup powdered sugar for dusting
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg and vanilla to the butter mixture, mixing until combined.
- Gradually blend in the dry ingredients.
- Drop tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for about 10-12 minutes or until set.
- Let cool completely before assembling.
