- 6 poblano peppers
- 500g ground beef
- 200g ground pork
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced

- 100g almonds, toasted
- 200g walnuts, soaked

- In a blender, combine the soaked walnuts, milk, and sugar until smooth to create the nogada sauce.
