- 500 grams beef
- 300 grams pork
- 200 grams bacon
- 3 carrots, chopped
- 2 onions, diced
- 4 potatoes, cubed
- 1 liter beef broth
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the bacon and sauté until crispy.
- Add the beef and pork, cooking until browned on all sides.
- Stir in the onions and carrots, cooking until softened.
- Add the potatoes and pour in the beef broth.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for about 1.5 hours.
- Adjust seasoning as necessary and serve hot.
