- 200 grams rice
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried mint
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 500 grams grape leaves
- 1 lemon juice and zest
- 1 liter vegetable broth
- Rinse the rice and soak for 30 minutes.
- In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté onion until translucent.
- Add the soaked rice, salt, pepper, mint, and paprika, then stir.
- Fill the grape leaves with the rice mixture and roll them tightly.
- Place the stuffed leaves in a pot and add lemon juice, zest, and vegetable broth.
- Cook on low heat for about 45 minutes until the rice is tender.
