This delightful dessert combines the rich flavors of tres leches cake with the freshness of carrots, creating a unique and flavorful jello treat.

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine grated carrots and milk. Heat gently until warm.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt.
  3. Sprinkle gelatin over the warm carrot milk mixture, stirring until dissolved.
  4. Combine the milk mixture with the carrot mixture, and pour into a mold.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  6. Once set, unmold and serve chilled.
