- 4 cups vegetable or chicken broth
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 slices day-old bread
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant.
