A delicious casserole made with chard and corn.

- 300 g chard
- 200 g corn
- 200 g cheese
- 200 ml cream
- 4 eggs
- 1 onion
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Wash and chop the chard.
- In a pan, melt the butter and sauté the onion until translucent.
- Add chard and corn, and cook for a few minutes.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, cream, salt, and pepper together.
- Combine the vegetable mixture with the egg mixture and stir in cheese.
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes until golden on top.
Notes
- Serve with a fresh salad.
- This dish can be prepared ahead of time and reheated.
