A delicious casserole made with chard and corn.

Ingredients

  • 300 g chard
  • 200 g corn
  • 200 g cheese
  • 200 ml cream
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Wash and chop the chard.
  3. In a pan, melt the butter and sauté the onion until translucent.
  4. Add chard and corn, and cook for a few minutes.
  5. In a bowl, whisk eggs, cream, salt, and pepper together.
  6. Combine the vegetable mixture with the egg mixture and stir in cheese.
  7. Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
  8. Bake for 30-40 minutes until golden on top.

Notes

  • Serve with a fresh salad.
  • This dish can be prepared ahead of time and reheated.
