- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon ketchup (for topping)
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and parsley.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place it in a baking dish.
- Spread ketchup on top of the meatloaf.
- Bake for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
