- 2 cups mixed greens
- 1 cup mandarin orange segments
- 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 1/4 cup feta cheese
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette
- In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, mandarin oranges, pomegranate seeds, and sliced almonds.
- Add the feta cheese on top.
- Drizzle balsamic vinaigrette over the salad just before serving and toss gently.
