- 300 g ground beef
- 200 g mushrooms, chopped
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 100 g breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté onions and garlic until translucent.
- Add the chopped mushrooms and cook until the moisture evaporates.
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, sautéed mixture, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Shape the mixture into small patties.
- Place the patties on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
