Deliciously stuffed and breaded eggs, perfect for a snack or appetizer.

- 6 hard-boiled eggs
- 100 g cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 100 g breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs (for coating)
- 50 g flour
- oil (for frying)
- Peel the hard-boiled eggs and cut them in half.
- Remove the yolks and mix them with cream cheese, mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper.
- Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
- Coat each filled egg with flour, then dip them in beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a skillet and fry the coated eggs until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add herbs or spices to the yolk mixture.
- Can be served cold as well.
