Deliciously stuffed and breaded eggs, perfect for a snack or appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 100 g breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs (for coating)
  • 50 g flour
  • oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. Peel the hard-boiled eggs and cut them in half.
  2. Remove the yolks and mix them with cream cheese, mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper.
  3. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
  4. Coat each filled egg with flour, then dip them in beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  5. Heat oil in a skillet and fry the coated eggs until golden brown.
  6. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add herbs or spices to the yolk mixture.
  • Can be served cold as well.
