- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 green bell pepper chopped
- 8 ounces mushrooms sliced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 cup provolone cheese shredded
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 package crescent roll dough
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, cook ground beef, onions, and bell peppers over medium heat until meat is browned.
- Add mushrooms, garlic powder, black pepper, and Italian seasoning; cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and mix in provolone cheese until melted.
- Roll out crescent dough in an 11×7 inch baking dish.
- Spread meat mixture over dough, then top with cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until dough is golden brown.
Notes
- Try adding jalapeños for a spicy kick.
- Serve with a side of marinara sauce for dipping.
