- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion diced
- 1 green bell pepper diced
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 4 cups cooked pasta
- 2 cups provolone cheese, shredded
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion, bell pepper, and mushrooms; sauté until soft.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned; drain excess fat.
- In a large bowl, mix the cooked pasta, beef mixture, sour cream, beef broth, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Transfer to a greased baking dish and top with provolone cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes
- For a spicy kick, add sliced jalapeños to the mixture.
- This dish can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
