- 4 large potatoes
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 pound sliced Philly steak
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Cut the potatoes into fries and toss with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread fries on a baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes, turning halfway.
- While fries are baking, cook the Philly steak in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
- Once fries are done, top with shredded cheese and return to the oven until cheese is melted.
- Top with the cooked Philly steak and serve hot.
