- 4 pounds pork shoulder
- 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 8 hamburger buns
- Rub the pork shoulder with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, brown sugar, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the pork in a slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the pork with two forks and mix in the barbecue sauce.
- Serve on hamburger buns.
