- 500 grams beef strips
- 200 grams linguine
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 100 grams butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Cook the linguine according to package instructions.
- In a pan, heat olive oil and half of the butter over medium heat.
- Add the beef strips and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the minced garlic and remaining butter, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Drain the linguine and mix it into the pan with the beef and garlic butter.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
