1 kg ripe tomatoes
250 g stale white bread
100 ml extra virgin olive oil
30 ml white wine vinegar
1 clove of garlic
1 tsp salt
2 hard-boiled eggs, for serving
50 g jamón (Spanish ham), for serving
Instructions
Begin by soaking the stale bread in water.
In a blender, combine the ripe tomatoes, soaked bread, olive oil, vinegar, garlic, and salt.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Chill the soup in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Serve cold, garnished with chopped hard-boiled eggs and jamón.
Notes
For a creamier texture, use a high-quality blender.
Adjust the vinegar and garlic to taste for personal preference.
