- 1 kg cream cheese
- 300 g granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in the heavy cream, flour, and vanilla extract until combined.
- Pour the batter into a parchment-lined springform pan.
- Bake for 30–40 minutes, until the top is deeply browned.
- Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
