- 500 grams snails
- 200 grams chorizo, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup white wine
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
