- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups French fries
- Season the schnitzels with salt and pepper.
- Dredge each schnitzel in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- In a frying pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat and fry the schnitzels until golden brown.
- In another pan, sauté onion and bell peppers until soft.
- Add heavy cream to the bell pepper mixture and simmer.
- Serve the schnitzels topped with the bell pepper sauce and accompanied by fries.

- You can use sweet or spicy paprika in the sauce according to your preference.
