- 4 eggs
- 100 grams sugar
- 300 ml heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- In a bowl, melt the dark chocolate over a water bath.
- Separate the egg whites and yolks.
- Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
- In another bowl, beat the egg yolks with sugar until fluffy.
- Fold the melted chocolate into the yolk mixture.
- Gently fold in the whipped egg whites.
- In a separate bowl, whip the cream and add vanilla extract.
- Fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture.
- Pour into serving cups and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
