- 250 grams ground almonds
- 200 grams speculoos cookies, crushed
- 100 grams powdered sugar
- 100 grams dark chocolate, melted
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons rum or apple juice
- In a bowl, combine ground almonds, crushed speculoos cookies, powdered sugar, ground cinnamon, and rum or apple juice.
- Mix until a dough forms.
- Form small balls from the dough and chill for about 30 minutes.
- Dip the chilled balls in melted dark chocolate and place them on parchment paper to set.
- Allow to cool completely before serving.
