- 3 pounds beef brisket
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 10 small tortillas
- 1 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Rub the brisket with olive oil, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, cumin, onion, and garlic.
- In a roasting pan, place the brisket and add the beef broth.
- Cover with foil and bake for 3-4 hours or until tender.
- Remove the brisket and let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
- Serve in tortillas with chopped cilantro and lime wedges.

- Brisket can be cooked a day ahead and reheated before serving.
