- 2 cups grated zucchini
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a large bowl, combine zucchini, breadcrumbs, cheese, egg, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Mix until well combined and form into patties.
- Brush each patty with olive oil.
- Place patties on the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side.
- Serve on a bun with your favorite toppings.
Notes
- For a vegan option, omit the egg and use a flaxseed meal substitute.
- Add spices as per your taste preference.
